h&h Accredited Training Pty Ltd is a Nationally Recognised Training Organisation (RTO ID: 45704).
Detailed information on the three options for fees and funding are listed below:
Our college is an approved provider of the Smart & Skilled NSW Government funding initiative (offering subsidised training) by the NSW Government.
h&h also delivers the Commonwealth funded VET Student Loans (VSL) a program assisting eligible students pay tuition fees for approved Diploma’s.
For students not eligible for funded programs, there is an option to pay tuition fees on a fee for service arrangement (affordable payment plans).
Smart and Skilled is a NSW Government program designed to help you gain the skills you need to secure a job and advance your career. It offers funding for vocational education and training, making it easier for you to access quality education.
Smart and Skilled offers the following benefits for eligible students:
Government-Subsidised Training for eligible students for Certificate III, Certificate IV and Diploma Qualifications. To access government-subsidised training with h&h, including fee exemptions or concessions.
Are you:
- 15 years old or over?
- no longer at school?
- living or working in NSW?
- an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident, humanitarian visa holder or New Zealand citizen?
If you answered ‘Yes’ to all four questions, you’re eligible for Smart and Skilled training.

For VET Student Loans – You must meet one of the following criteria:
- Provide your Australian Year 12 Certificate or
- Show evidence of successful completion of a Certificate IV or higher qualification (in English), or Demonstrate competence at Exit Level 3 in both reading and numeracy through an approved Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital (LLND) test.
- Check Your Eligibility: Make sure you meet all the criteria listed above
- Read the Information Booklet: Familiarise yourself with the VET Student Loans Information Booklet
- Submit Your Application: Complete the loan application form.
- Provide the required documents: Ensure you submit your documents to us by the first census day no less than two business days after enrolling.

For students who are not eligible for NSW Government subsidised training, h&h has flexible payment options to assist you with course fees.
These options include:
- A direct debiting system is available upon request with PAY SMART. Please see https://www.paysmart.com.au/ for more details.
- Credit card, EFTPOS and cash payments
- Credit card/visa debit card payments via telephone
- Direct deposit via h&h’s Bank Account at an ANZ Branch or bank transfer.

At h&h Accredited Training, we are committed to transparency and fairness in our financial practices. We aim to ensure all students understand their rights and obligations regarding course fees and refunds.
Protecting Student Fees
h&h places great importance on protecting fees paid in advance and maintains a fair and reasonable refund policy. Before enrolment or the commencement of training and assessment (whichever occurs first), students are provided with detailed information outlining their consumer rights. This includes any applicable statutory cooling-off period and the right to a refund in specific circumstances, such as early termination of training or if h&h is unable to provide the agreed services.
Refunds Before Training Commences
Course Cancellation by h&h: If h&h Accredited Training cancels a course prior to the student’s commencement, a full refund of 100% of all course fees paid—including the administration fee (deposit)—will be issued.
Student Withdrawal Prior to Commencement: If a student withdraws before the course starts, h&h will retain the administration fee (deposit) paid upon enrolment. Any additional amount paid will be refunded.
Refunds After Training Commences
Student Withdrawal During Enrolment: If a student withdraws after the course has commenced, h&h will retain the administration fee (deposit) and any fees for training and materials already provided up to the date of withdrawal.
Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional cases, h&h management will consider requests for refunds on a case-by-case basis.
